1940s American Abstract Purple Printed Rayon Jersey Peplum Dress Size Small
A lovely American day dress dating from the 1940s.
Handmade - no labels.
Made from a rayon jersey fabric which is printed in purple abstract print with black , white swirls with spots of green.
Features rounded collar with three buttons down the front.
Short sleeves.
Shoulder pads.
Original belt to cinch in the waist.
Long flounce peplum over a straighter skirt with slightly flared hem line.
In very good condition. The only thing i noticed whilst photographing was a very subtle colour change down one side from the sleeve and down the hip. Its really not obvious, however it is there.

Waist 28” will cinch in smaller with the belt.
