Early American 1940s Dress & Bolero Cream Lace Trim Bust 34” Waist 25”
A fabulous American Dress and matching bolero set dating from the early 1940s.
Label - Irene Karol - Junior
Made from a medium weight navy blue crepe fabric.
The dress features a large cream lace sewn on appliqué at either side of the bust.
Covered buttons all the way down the front.
Puff sleeves.
Aline flared skirt.
The bolero has a huge cream lace matching collar and bellow the elbow sleeves.
Been sold as is condition as it has a few flaws but is still very wearable.
Hole to the front near the button. The bolero is a slightly different shade of blue. Some light underarm discolouration but no odour. There are some light coloured rust marks on the appliqué lace on the dress.
