1940s Primary Coloured Spotted Cotton Frill Sun Dress Size S/M
A pretty American Sun dress dating from the late 1940s.
Label - Simplicity Frock
Made from a medium weight pique cotton fabric covered all over with primary coloured spots or dots.
Features wide square neckline which is edged with a broderie anglaise white frill trim.
Fitted waist with long attached tie belt.
Long metal zip down the back.
Concealed side pocket.
Aline skirt.
In good condition. There is some green colour transfer at the bottom of the skirt near them hem. Some small repairs to the frill. A very light yellowish mark on the waist seam all of which are not particularly noticeable.

Waist 34” but designed to be cinched in smaller.
